Conflict Resolution Consulting Services

Background
Morgan State University is seeking proposals from qualified firms for an advisory conflict resolution specialist. The goal of this contract is to facilitate fair and equitable resolutions to internal concerns that may arise within the University. Work Details
The selected firm will provide conflict resolution consulting services, which include but are not limited to: facilitating discussions between conflicting parties, providing mediation services, developing conflict resolution training programs for staff and faculty, and advising on best practices for managing internal disputes.

The consultant will be expected to create a tailored approach that addresses the specific needs of the University while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.
