Concession Services for the Carroll County Sports Complex

The Carroll County Department of Recreation & Parks is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide concession services at the Carroll County Sports Complex (CCSC). The work under this contract involves operating the concession stand at the Sports Complex, including managing sales, inventory, and staffing. The successful proposer will be responsible for offering a variety of foods such as hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken tenders, French fries, ice cream, candy bars, and other snack foods to guests of the facility. This solicitation is issued by the Carroll County Department of Recreation & Parks, which administers the CCSC. The Sports Complex is located at 2225 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, Maryland 21158, and features five baseball/softball fields, two soccer/lacrosse/football fields, a playground, two pavilions, a concession building, and a park office. The 76-acre facility attracts an estimated 65,000-75,000 visitors each year. Proposals must address the requirements of providing and managing concession services, including the operation of sales, inventory, and staffing for the concession stand. The selected vendor will be expected to ensure a consistent and high-quality food service experience for all visitors to the Sports Complex.
