Requests for information (RFI) for the explanation or clarification of any point not sufficiently covered by existing documents shall be submitted in writing to Lee Borror, Senior Community Development Specialist, 57 North Liberty Street, Cumberland, MD 21502, or through email to lee.borror@cumberlandmd.gov.  The requested information, as well as any addenda that develop during the bidding process, will then be sent via e-mail to all bidders who requested and received the initial bid documents.  The cutoff for RFI’s is 3:00 p.m. on November 20, 2024.The Mayor and City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is in the best interest of the City, or to re-advertise for new bids.
