Background
The Board of Education of Cecil County Public Schools is seeking sealed bids for the Elk Neck Elementary School Roof Replacement Project. Work Details
The Elk Neck Elementary School Roof Project involves replacing approximately 50,000 square feet of existing four-ply built-up roof with a new two-ply modified bitumen roof. The scope includes:
