CCPS RFP 25-05: Transportation Routing Software

Background
Cecil County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified companies to provision, implement, and support Transportation Routing Software. The goal of this contract is to enhance the transportation management capabilities of the school district, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling for student transportation.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide the following services:
1. Provisioning of Transportation Routing Software;
2. Implementation of the software within the CCPS system;
3. Expert technical support for the software application;
4. Staff training on how to effectively use the software;
5. A minimum of five (5) years of maintenance services and support at the performance level described in the RFP.

The software must be operational for a trial period, including training and concurrent operation by April 1, 2025, and must be fully operational by July 1, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and must ensure that the Transportation Routing Software is in place for a trial period by April 1, 2025, with full operational capability required by July 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Cecil County Public Schools located at George Washington Carver Education Leadership Center, 201 Booth Street, Elkton, MD 21921.
