The purpose of this project is to renovate the Calvert Hall Lobby to create a more soundproof environment. Specifically, this project shall reduce the sound transmission through the lobby walls and adjacent adjoining offices. Each wall shall be reinforced acoustical materials will address the Sound Transmission Class (STC) 55 or greater and eliminate any attenuating airborne sound through the wall.
