Broadcom CA Maintenance and Support

Background
The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is issuing this solicitation for Broadcom CA Maintenance and Support under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. This procurement is limited to certified small business vendors as part of a Certified Small Business Procurement, ensuring that only those businesses meeting specific statutory requirements are eligible for the award. The goal of this contract is to provide maintenance and support services for Broadcom software products.

Work Details
The contract includes the following services and products:

1. Manufacturer's Software Maintenance for Broadcom CA Software, including renewal of licenses and support.

2. Installation and Training Services related to Broadcom products, with specific deliverables to be defined by the contractor.

3. Provision of various Broadcom software products, including but not limited to:
- ACF2 FOR z/OS MIPS (788 MIPS subscription)
- JOBTRAC JOB MANAGEMENT (1 CPU subscription)
- MAINFRAME DEVOPS SUITE (788 MIPS subscription)
- OUTPUT MANAGEMENT SUITE FOR z/OS (788 MIPS subscription)
- CA 1 FLEXIBLE STORAGE MIPS (788 MIPS subscription)
- MAINFRAME SECURITY SUITE MIPS (788 MIPS subscription)
- EASYTRIEVE REPORT GENERATOR FOR z/OS PLUS (788 MIPS subscription).

Each product will have a term from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at MDOT/OTTS located at 7201 Corporate Center Dr, Hanover MD 21076.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized Master Contractors under the COTS 2012 contract and certified as small businesses by the GOSBA Small Business Reserve Program. They must also provide a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer if required and ensure that all proposed software is virus-free. Additionally, bidders must submit a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid.
