BA-659-242-003 - Replace Sump Pump Systems 1, 2, 3 & 4 - Annapolis, MD

Background
The State of Maryland, through the Department of General Services, is seeking a contractor to replace sump pump systems 1, 2, 3 & 4 at the House of Delegates Building in Annapolis, MD. The successful contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies for the replacement of the existing storm water pumps in accordance with the provided documents and references.

Work Details
The scope of work includes removing and replacing four submersible sump pump systems in kind. The contractor is responsible for correctly sizing the new pumps, installing new submersible sump pump system controls, float switches, disconnect switches, electrical boxes, alarms, conduits, relays, transformers, contactors, breakers, panels, wiring etc.
The pumps are required to be reversible and manufactured by specific brands or approved equals.
Additionally, the contractor is responsible for providing installation of all components necessary to make the new equipment fully operational.
All work and materials are subject to various standards such as Hydraulic Institute, ANSI, ASTM, IEEE, NEMA, NEC, ISO, UL and IPC.
The work is expected to be completed within 120 calendar days from the date designated by the notice to proceed.

Period of Performance
The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the start date of the contract.

The work is located at the House of Delegates Building,
6 Bladen St., Annapolis,
MD 21401.
