Background
The Department of General Services of the State of Maryland is issuing this solicitation for a roof replacement project at the Department of Labor located at 300 East Towsontown Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21286.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the structural integrity and weatherproofing of the building through a comprehensive roof replacement.
