Audit & Financial Reports

Background
The Friendship Heights Village Council, governing body for the Village of Friendship Heights, is inviting bids for the preparation of the FY 2024, FY 2025, and FY 2026 audit and uniform financial reports for the Village of Friendship Heights. The bid invitation notice is posted on the eMaryland Marketplace site and the Village’s website. The successful bidder will be required to execute affidavits of non-collusion, non-conviction, and non-suspension/disbarment, and a written contract in a form approved by the Village. The successful bidder must be qualified and registered to do business in Maryland. The Village reserves the right to refuse all bids if none appear appropriate to the Village’s circumstances.

Work Details
The work involves the preparation of the FY 2024, FY 2025, and FY 2026 audit and uniform financial reports for the Village of Friendship Heights over a three-year contract period. Bids and references must be submitted by 5 p.m., Monday, March 25, 2024, to Julian Mansfield, Friendship Heights Village Manager.

Period of Performance
The contract period is for three years covering the fiscal years 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Village of Friendship Heights in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
