Architectural/Engineering Services - Open End Agreements

Background
Anne Arundel County, Maryland is seeking Statements of Qualification from qualified firms for an Open-End Agreement for Architectural or Engineering Services. The County aims to engage consultants in various disciplines as outlined in Exhibit A of the solicitation.

Work Details
The services required include Professional Architectural/Engineering Consulting, Design, Inspection, Construction Management, and GIS Services. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum assignments.

Each project assignment will not exceed $250,000 and will be awarded on a rotating basis among qualified consultants. The initial term of the agreement is four years, with the possibility of two additional three-year renewals at the County's discretion. Work may take place anywhere within Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Payment for services will be based on cost plus a fixed fee, with technical payroll rates and overhead percentages submitted with the Statement of Qualifications.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to start approximately on June 1, 2025, following notifications to successful offerors around March 1, 2025. The initial term is four years with options for extensions.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed throughout Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
