Architectural / Engineering Consulting Services for FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE VISUAL & PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

Frederick Community College is soliciting qualifications-based proposals for consulting services for a feasibility study to evaluate the future of its Visual & Performing Arts Center. The purpose of this study is to determine whether renovation and expansion of the existing facility or construction of a new building would best support the College's long-term academic, operational, and strategic goals, to determine which of these project paths is most viable and cost-effective in conjunction with the current Facilities Master Plan, and to provide an implementation plan for critical projects to the existing facility in support of the recommended project path forward.
