Background
The Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) is seeking to establish a contract with multiple vendors for the provision of family engagement toolkits. These toolkits are designed to assist Judy Centers and grant-funded Pre-K programs in engaging families to develop healthy sleep routines for children from birth to age five.
