2025 Hot Mix Asphalt Paving

The work required under this contract includes full depth reclamation of existing pavement, milling of existing pavement, placement of hot mix asphalt base and surface courses, construction of driveway tie-ins, adjusting and rebuilding of inlets, manholes, and valve boxes, installing new storm drain pipes and inlets, filling of shoulder drop-offs, stabilization of disturbed areas, maintenance of traffic, and all incidental work as specified in the Specifications or Special Provisions for the roadways identified in this Invitation for Bids. This solicitation is issued by the Carroll County Department of Public Works. The contract is intended to address roadway improvements as detailed in the Invitation for Bids, ensuring the structural integrity and safety of the specified roadways through comprehensive pavement rehabilitation and associated work. To be eligible to submit a bid, bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to the bid opening. Bidders must also be approved for the type of work applicable to the Project. Pre-qualification forms must be submitted at least fifteen (15) days before the bid opening.
