Background
The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP), established in 1985, aims to foster civic leadership on affordable housing and eliminate local barriers to housing development through guidance, advocacy, research, and technical support. MHP works collaboratively with various organizations to enhance access to affordable housing and promote equity across Massachusetts.

The goal of this contract is to design and develop a new website that will replace the outdated current site www.mhp.net.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Design and develop a new website that is user-friendly and meets modern web standards.
2. Select a new web host for the site.
3. Provide training for MHP staff on website editing and best practices.
4. Ensure the new site includes features such as a mortgage calculator, project portfolio map, powerful search function, integrated application forms, and compliance with accessibility standards (ADA).
5. Provide ongoing maintenance support including security updates and troubleshooting assistance post-launch.

Period of Performance
The project timeline includes proposal submissions due by June 10, 2025, with anticipated completion of the website by June 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed in Boston, Massachusetts, where MHP is located.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate experience with Craft CMS or custom-built WordPress development. They should provide evidence of past projects similar in scope and ensure compliance with ADA standards. Additionally, bidders must include a cybersecurity plan and provide references from previous clients, including at least one government agency.
