Wastewater Treatment Facility Sludge Thickening Improvements

Background
The Town of Hopedale, Massachusetts is seeking bids for the construction of improvements to its Wastewater Treatment Facility. Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by May 20, 2025.

The work will be performed at the Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 154 Mendon Street, Hopedale, MA 01747.

Bidder Requirements
General Contractors must have a category of certification in Sewage and Water Treatment Plants. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check amounting to 5% of the total bid. Additionally, bidders must provide a certificate from the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing eligibility for projects of this nature.
