Work Details
The detailed scope of work includes removing asbestos-containing floor tile and associated mastic in the First Floor Clerk’s Office and Judge’s Lobby. The work will be segregated into two separate work areas and scheduled over two weekends. The contractor is required to provide an Asbestos Supervisor and Worker certifications, pre-construction submittals, OSHA 10 Hour (Construction) certification, CORI consent forms, legible photo ID, drawings or sketches, notes or specifications, and other attachments as required.
The project schedule includes a planned start date to be determined and the contract duration until final completion.
