Background
The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), Bureau of Climate and Environmental Health (BCEH), Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP) is planning to submit a grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Lead Hazard Reduction Grant Program.
