Background
The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority (CRA), established in 1956, is dedicated to implementing development projects and public initiatives that promote equity, innovation, and sustainability.

The CRA oversees the Kendall Square Urban Renewal Plan and collaborates with various partners throughout Cambridge. This contract aims to produce a video series that highlights the CRA's history, current projects, community impact, and strategic goals, thereby enhancing public awareness and engagement.

Work Details
The selected video production vendors will be responsible for creating a series of short- and long-form videos. The scope includes:
1. Pre-production activities such as planning and scripting.
2. Filming which includes interviews and on-site or B-roll capture.
3. Editing and post-production work involving sound, graphics, and captions.
4. Delivery of final high-resolution files optimized for web and social media use.

The video series will be categorized into two main types: 'CRA Overview & Storytelling' (5-10 minutes) focusing on the CRA's history and mission, targeting residents and community leaders; and 'Projects & Initiatives' (5-10 minutes) highlighting key CRA projects with visuals and data on design, planning, and community benefits.

Period of Performance
The contract term is one year with an option for two additional years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Cambridge, MA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have at least three years of professional video production experience, proven experience producing high-quality content for similar organizations (public or nonprofit), a portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form video production capabilities, local presence or willingness to travel to Cambridge, MA, general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, proof of certification in editing tools, and the ability to assign a main point of contact.
