UMass Amherst - Magazine Printing

Background
The University of Massachusetts (UMass) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide printing services for the UMass Magazine. This initiative is part of UMass's broader mission to ensure high-quality communication and engagement with its community and stakeholders through effective printed materials. The procurement is managed by the Unified Procurement Services Team based in Shrewsbury, MA.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing high-quality printing services for the UMass Magazine, including but not limited to design consultation, printing, and delivery of the magazine. Specific requirements and detailed scope of work are outlined in Attachment G of the RFP document. Vendors are expected to demonstrate their capacity to meet the quality standards required by UMass.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last until the completion of the magazine printing services as specified in the proposal. The deadline for proposals is set for April 21, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at the vendor's facility. However, delivery of printed materials will be made to various UMass campuses as specified in the contract.
