Background
The Needham School Committee is seeking sealed bid proposals for the provision of School ERP Pro Software (Infinite Visions) and VersaTrans Software for Student Transportation. This initiative is part of the Needham Public Schools' effort to enhance their operational efficiency and support their educational mission. The contract is intended to cover a period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with the possibility of five one-year extensions.

Work Details
The contract includes the following software and services:

1. School ERP Pro Software (Infinite Visions) including:

- Grant/Project Tracking SKU SESSEPSUBGPT

- Cloud Reporting Database SESSEPHSTHOSTRPTG

2. VersaTrans Software for Student Transportation including:
- VersaTrans RP Extended Support VSTRPSUPPORT
- VersaTrans Routing & Planning Hosting VSTELHOSTING

3. Optional services may include Content Manager Enterprise (CME) implementation, onboarding, time & attendance software, and applicant tracking software.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, and conclude on June 30, 2026, with an option for five one-year extensions based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Needham Public Schools located at 1330 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA 02492.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Massachusetts General Laws regarding tax compliance and non-collusion. They must also provide evidence of satisfactory ability and experience to execute the requirements outlined in the bid. The successful bidder will need to enter into a Short Form Agreement prepared by Town Counsel.
