TRD02 Crack filling, Sealcoating & Line Striping Brockton Multi Service Center

Background
The Brockton Multi Service Center, part of the Department of Mental Health Southeast Area, is soliciting competitive proposals for asphalt paving services. The center's mission includes providing mental health services to the community. This contract aims to enhance the facility's infrastructure through necessary maintenance of its parking areas.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:

- Hot asphalt crack filling in applicable areas.
- Sealcoating approximately 55,500 square feet of driveway and parking lots.
- Line striping of parking areas including designated ADA spots.

Period of Performance
The contract work is scheduled to begin on May 5th, 2025, and must be completed by June 30th, 2025.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the Brockton Multi Service Center located at 165 Quincy St, Brockton MA, 02302.
