The Town of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide services for the paving, repaving and replacement of basketball equipment for Dean Park as per its specifications entitled Dean Park Basketball Court Renovation.

Work Details
The work involves paving, repaving, and replacement of basketball equipment for Dean Park. The proposal forms, incorporated with the plans and specifications for the work involved, can be found at the Town's Website https://shrewsburyma.gov/bids.
All contractors must be pre-qualified through the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. A proposal guarantee in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid amount in the form of cash, or bid bond, or certified check, or a treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible banking institution payable to the Town of Shrewsbury shall be required with each bid and be enclosed with the proposal.

Period of Performance
The bidder shall start the work under this contract upon execution of the contract and work is to be completed by October 31, 202.
