Work Details
The selected service provider will deliver court consultation services and short-term case management and housing stabilization services. Responsibilities include:

- Determining reasonable accommodations
- Identifying necessary services
- Developing housing stability plans
- Monitoring cases for 6-9 months
- Attending Housing Court sessions
- Participating in mediation sessions
- Providing eligibility assessments for referrals
- Reporting progress to involved parties.
The provider must serve a minimum of 15 eligible households per year per full-time employee with an 85% homelessness prevention rate. Services must include home visits, transportation arrangements for appointments, and maintaining staffing levels as indicated in the program budget.
Period of Performance
The contract will be for an initial period of two years with options for four additional two-year extensions, totaling up to ten years.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed across various communities covered by the respective Housing Court Division(s) in Massachusetts.
