RFR 2025-DMH-3134-01 Medical Equip Inspections, Inventory Serv, and Repairs

Background
The Department of Mental Health (DMH) of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is issuing a Request for Response (RFR) for Medical Equipment Inspections, Inventory Services, and Repair Services. The contract aims to ensure continuity of operations in cases of emergency and to provide data about the contract to the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) and DMH for the purpose of developing, coordinating, and implementing various Continuity of Operations Plans.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide medical equipment inspections, inventory services, preventative maintenance, and repair services. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of continuous experience in providing these services. They should also be able to implement an electronic information management system with 24/7 accessibility, provide management reports as needed, and offer training as required. Additionally, the contractor must warranty any repairs done to medical equipment and agree to replace any item broken beyond repair at its current monetary value.
