Rfq Pre-Qualify Trade Contractor

Background
The City of Quincy, through the Public Buildings Department, is soliciting qualifications to pre-qualify filed sub-bid trade contractors for the New Squantum School Project Phase. This project is part of a larger Construction Management at Risk (CM at Risk) initiative led by Lee Kennedy Company.

The goal is to construct a new two-story K-5 educational facility that spans 80,258 square feet and incorporates the restoration of the original 1919 façade. The design aims to create flexible learning spaces, a central courtyard for outdoor learning, and dedicated areas for STEM, arts, and special education.

Work Details
The RFQ seeks to prequalify trade contractors under M.G.L. c. 149a section 8 and 810 AMR 10.00. The sub-bid categories include:
