Background
The Lowell Housing Authority, under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, is seeking qualified, registered, licensed, and insured designers and engineers to provide on-call 'House Doctor' design and engineering services.
The goal of this contract is to offer design recommendations, documentation, estimating, and contract administration for site improvements.
Work Details
