Background
The City of Boston Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) is seeking professional services to implement ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services within an existing ServiceNow production instance running HR Service Delivery Enterprise among an install base of 23,000+ employees. The project aims to unify the City’s IT service delivery processes into a single platform and expand the City’s collective capabilities for service delivery. The RFP is issued to find a collaborative team focused on customer and user experience, who can complement, challenge, and evolve the skills for this project.
