Background
The Boston Public Schools (BPS) is seeking a vendor to design and implement a Parent Mentoring Program aimed at enhancing parental involvement in classrooms across multiple schools.
The goal of this program is to train parents to serve as assistants in BPS classrooms, thereby fostering a supportive educational environment.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Design and run a Parent Mentoring Program at 5–20 schools.
- Recruit, train, and provide stipends for 5–15 parents at each participating school.
- Ensure that the training equips parents with the necessary skills to assist effectively in classroom settings.
