Rfp - Environmental Consulting Services On An As-Needed Basis

Background
The City of Boston, through its Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), is seeking qualified environmental consultants for the Real Estate Management and Sales (REMS) Division. The goal of this contract is to provide a full range of environmental consulting, investigation, and remediation services on an as-needed basis for properties throughout the City of Boston.

The selected firms must have on-staff Massachusetts Licensed Site Professionals (LSPs).

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of environmental consulting services, including but not limited to: environmental investigations, site assessments, remediation planning and implementation, and compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

The selected consultants will be expected to respond to various environmental needs as they arise within the city.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from November 12, 2025, through November 11, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout the City of Boston.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must have on-staff Massachusetts Licensed Site Professionals (LSPs) to qualify for this contract.
