RFP 25-04 Student Clubs and Organization OnLine Platform

Background
Framingham State University (FSU), located in MetroWest Massachusetts, is a comprehensive teaching university with a mission to educate residents and support the economic and cultural life of the region. Founded in 1839, FSU has evolved into a university offering diverse academic programs leading to baccalaureate and master’s degrees. The institution currently serves approximately 2,800 undergraduate and 1,200 graduate students.

FSU utilizes Ellucian Banner for its enterprise system and seeks to enhance student engagement through an online platform for campus clubs and organizations.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide an online platform that supports co-curricular student engagement by enabling campus clubs and organizations to:
- store membership rosters;
- communicate information;
- upload documents and photos;
- track finances;
- submit payments;
- register with the University;
- manage events.

The platform must integrate with Ellucian Banner. Minimum Quality Requirements include:
- an event management tool;
- five years of experience in higher education services;
- budget and finance reporting capabilities;
- online form building features;
- administrative approval queues;
- co-curricular record tracking;
- incentive program options based on attendance;
- analytics capabilities for long-term data collection;
- support for Single Sign-On (SSO);
- RSS feeds for information sharing;
- role-based access control;
- compliance with Section 508 of the ADA;
- API documentation;
- three client references with similar scope work; and
- a Service Level Agreement.

Period of Performance
The contract term is three years with the possibility of two annual renewal options. The implementation date is expected to be on or around July 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Framingham State University located in Framingham, Massachusetts.
