Return Air Duct Cleaning, Marlborough District Court

Background
The contract is issued by the Office of Court Management, Facilities Management & Capital Planning of the Massachusetts Trial Court. The mission of this agency is to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of court facilities. The goal of this contract is to perform cleaning services for the return air ducts at the Marlborough District Court to maintain air quality and system efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for removing and thoroughly cleaning a total of 48 return air diffusers located throughout the Marlborough District Court building. Additionally, the contractor must clean the interior of 6 linear feet of HVAC ductwork that serves each return air diffuser before re-installing them.

All work must be scheduled after courthouse hours or on weekends, and any mechanical shutdowns required for this work must be coordinated with the Trial Court. Workers are required to pass a CORI check, and the contractor may utilize facility water and electricity during the project. A 50% payment bond is required for this project.

Period of Performance
The planned start date for this contract is April 24, 2025, with work to be completed until final completion as determined by the Trial Court.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Marlborough District Court located at 45 Williams St., Marlborough, MA 01752.
