Background
The Town of Falmouth is seeking quotes for a flooring project at the Falmouth Police Station.

The mission of this project is to enhance the facility by replacing existing flooring with new laminate flooring, thereby improving the overall environment for police operations. The goal is to ensure the installation is completed efficiently and effectively while adhering to local regulations and standards.

Work Details
The contractor will furnish and install approximately 2,650 square feet of laminate flooring, 155 linear feet of cove base, and all associated doorway transitions at the Falmouth Police Station located at 750 Main Street, Falmouth, MA 02540.

The scope includes the removal and disposal of all existing carpets, cove base, and transitions. The work must be scheduled at non-premium rates at a mutually agreed upon time after proposal acceptance. All quantities provided are estimates and should be verified by the contractor onsite.

Period of Performance
The work shall be completed within 30 days of contract execution, which is anticipated to occur by Friday April 25, 2025.
