MassWildlife seeks information on developing and delivering online Basic Hunter Education courses and a Youth Turkey Hunt Online Seminar. The RFI outlines specific needs including:

1. An all-online, self-study, self-paced Basic Hunter Education course that meets IHEA-USA accreditation standards, providing 12 hours of instruction and adhering to Massachusetts state-specific requirements.
2. An online instructional study guide offering 6 hours of preparation for an in-person practical session, compliant with IHEA standards.
3. A Youth Turkey Online Seminar that reinforces Basic Hunter Education lessons, covering safety, turkey biology, and regulations while integrating completion records with the MassFishHunt licensing system.
