Description

The Office for Refugees and Immigrants (ORI) seeks to purchase additional Refugee Case Management (RCM) services, a component of the Massachusetts Refugee Resettlement Program (MRRP), from a newly authorized Resettlement Agency (RA) in Greater Boston. RCM is responsible for the enrollment of all eligible new arrivals in Massachusetts into the MRRP and case creation in the RISIS database. RCM has two additional service components: 1) Basic Case Management and 2) Refugee Cash Assistance.
