Refrigerated Samplers

Background
Barnstable County, as part of its mission to maintain effective environmental management, is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of Refrigerated Samplers under Bid No. 8127. The goal of this contract is to acquire 12 Teledyne ISCO Blizzard Refrigerated Samplers, which are essential for automated wastewater collection and must meet specific environmental and technical requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 12 Teledyne ISCO Blizzard Refrigerated Samplers (No Substitutions). These units must include:

- A high-performance cooling system maintaining samples at 4°C (39°F).
- A standard ISCO user interface.
- A complete 2.5-gallon polyethylene bottle configuration.
- A 25-foot suction line with an intake strainer.
- A factory-compatible mobility cart for transport.
- A NEMA 4X, 6 (IP67) controller enclosure for corrosion resistance.

The delivery must be F.O.B. Destination to 4 Kittridge Rd., Buzzards Bay, MA within 60 days of contract execution. A minimum one-year warranty covering parts and labor is required.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon execution and is expected to be completed within 60 days for delivery of the samplers.

Place of Performance
Delivery location is specified as 4 Kittridge Rd., Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Massachusetts General Laws regarding tax compliance and non-collusion. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to submit proposals that demonstrate their ability to meet the specifications outlined in Attachment A. There are no specific set-aside certifications mentioned in the solicitation.
