Description

The QUINCY HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Window Replacement-Community Room at State Aided Development: Tobin Towers (667-4) in Quincy, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS INC.. The Project consists of but not limited to: Aluminum Window Replacement in the Community Room located on the 12th. Floor at Tobin Towers, Quincy, MA, all in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Background
The QUINCY HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, is inviting sealed bids from Contractors for the Window Replacement-Community Room at State Aided Development: Tobin Towers (667-4) in Quincy, Massachusetts. The project involves aluminum window replacement in the Community Room located on the 12th floor at Tobin Towers, Quincy, MA, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Asbestos abatement is also included.
