Background
Quinsigamond Community College, the Awarding Authority, is seeking sealed bids for the HLC Roof Replacement CR project at the Harrington Learning Center located in Worcester, Massachusetts.

The project is being managed by Nault Architects Inc. and involves significant renovations to the roofing system of the facility. The estimated cost for this project is $2,165,000.00.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1) Replacement of the existing roof system;
2) Installation of new edge metal;
3) Upgrading the lighting protection system;
