Project Management Information System (PMIS)

Background
The University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School (UMass Chan) Facilities Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide a Project/Document Management Information System (PMIS).

The goal of this contract is to manage, track, and deliver projects effectively across the university's campuses. UMass consists of six distinct operating units: Amherst, Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell, President’s Office, and Worcester Campus. Each campus has a unique mission and is governed by a single Board of Trustees.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive PMIS that includes functionalities for project management, document management, tracking progress, and delivering projects efficiently.

Specific requirements are detailed in Attachment G of the RFP. The proposal must demonstrate the vendor's capacity to meet these specifications and include a fixed fee proposal for the entire project along with detailed pricing for each task outlined in the scope of services.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last until the completion of all tasks as specified in the proposal.

The exact duration will be determined based on the project schedule provided by the vendor.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various UMass campuses across Massachusetts, with specific locations depending on project requirements.
