DO NOT RESPOND IN COMMBUYS - The Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as managing member, acting on behalf of Essex Street Management, Inc., the owner and Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Trade Bidders and General Contractors for the above-named project in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BWA Architecture, Inc.

Background
The Cambridge Housing Authority, acting on behalf of Essex Street Management, Inc., is inviting sealed bids for the HVAC Repairs project at 22 Lopez Ave, Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The project aims to replace the existing heating system with a new central Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system to improve residential heating efficiency in eight one-bedroom units.

Work Details
The project involves the following key tasks:
1. Removal of the existing heating system.
2. Installation of a new central VRF system with wall-mounted fan coil units in eight (8) one-bedroom residential units.
3. Removal and replacement of existing electrical systems associated with the HVAC work.
4. Cutting, patching, and painting work as required for the installation.
