Price Agreement for City of Springfield E-Waste Disposal & Recycling Services

Background
The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to establish a price agreement for E-Waste Disposal and Recycling Services.

The goal of this contract is to provide a disposal facility for the collection of electronic waste (E-waste) collected through the City of Springfield's bulk collection program. This initiative supports the city's mission to manage waste responsibly and sustainably.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a disposal facility that can handle E-waste collected by the City of Springfield.

The city will collect items from residents and transport them to the designated disposal facility. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $100,000.00 per year.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is one (1) year, with two (2) additional one-year renewal options available.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Springfield, Massachusetts, specifically at a disposal facility designated by the contractor.
