Background
The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA), on behalf of the Northeast Emergency Management Training Center (NEMTEC), is seeking quotes for a qualified facilitator to conduct Type 3 All-Hazards Incident Management Team (O0305) training. Work Details
The contractor will provide a 40-hour Type 3 All-Hazards Incident Management Team training accommodating between 30-50 students from various disciplines and agencies. The training will cover topics such as:

- Demonstrating leadership and teamwork skills;
- Providing a framework for critical interpersonal communications;

The facilitator must have experience in delivering interactive training, serving in ICS Command positions, creating incident scenarios, explaining the Planning Process, integrating multiple scenarios, and working with various disciplines.
