Background
The ITS75 contract is issued by the Massachusetts Operational Services Division (OSD) to provide a multi-state Statewide Contract for software and related services. The mission of this contract is to facilitate the procurement of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).

1. **Software Resellers** - Vendors authorized to sell products from multiple key software publishers.

3. **Software Publishers** - Vendors that own the software or cloud services they offer.
4. **Software Implementation Services Providers** - Provide technical design, implementation, integration, installation, configuration, customization, training, documentation, maintenance, support, and cloud migration services without selling software directly.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is from February 2, 2021 to June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
