Background
The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts announces its intent to procure services from the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).

The project will adhere to USGS Lidar Base Specification and USGS EDH Acquisition Specifications – 2024 Rev. A2. Additionally, it will include enhancements such as integrating underground stormwater drainage networks and pipeline infrastructure data provided by the Commonwealth, identifying top of stream bank locations, and revising wetland data for public access on the USGS National Map.
