Background
The Town of Auburn, Massachusetts, through its Department of Public Works, is seeking bids for the Pakachoag Golf Course Cart Path Renovation Project. - Fine-grading
- Compaction

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate previous experience in similar work involving cart path construction on at least four golf course projects within the last five years. They are required to provide references detailing the scope of work performed and contract amounts. Additionally, all employees present at the worksite must have successfully completed OSHA 10-hour training. A Certified Check or Bid Bond amounting to at least 5% of the total bid amount is required as bid security.
