Background
The Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is issuing this solicitation for the development of a fleet logistics management site in Northborough, MA.
The goal of the contract is to transform the designated parcel into a fully operational vehicle staging site that meets the needs of the user agency while adhering to state regulations.
