Background
The Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife is seeking to procure a Marshmaster, an amphibious vehicle capable of operating on both land and water. This vehicle will assist in habitat management activities in hard-to-access aquatic systems, aligning with the agency's mission to manage and protect wildlife resources.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of one turn-key Marshmaster amphibious vehicle with the following specifications:
- Must operate on land and water with 1 PSI of ground pressure.
- Equipped with a 3-point hitch for multiple equipment attachments.
- Dimensions:
- Length: 15 feet 10 inches
- Width: 8 feet
- Height: 8 feet
- Ground Clearance: 32 inches.
- Engine: 74 HP Kohler KDI 2504 TCR Diesel.
- Transmission: Hydrostatic with direct drive high torque motor.
- Speed: 8 MPH on land and 1 MPH in water.
- Features include a marine-grade aluminum body, durable rubber belt track system, low maintenance oil bath lubricated bogey system, and rubber cleats.
- Additional equipment includes a fire suppression rig, herbicide spraying rig (85-gallon capacity), heavy-duty aluminum deck rails, non-slip deck liners, rearview backup camera, and one day of in-service training on operation and servicing of the equipment.

Period of Performance
The expected duration of the contract is until December 30, 2025, by which time the vehicle must be delivered and accepted by MassWildlife.

Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made to the MassWildlife Connecticut Valley District Office located at 341 East Street, Belchertown, MA 01007.
