On-Call Masonry Services

Background
The City of Quincy, Massachusetts, through its Department of Public Buildings, is seeking sealed bids for On-Call Masonry Services. The goal is to partner with a qualified company to provide various masonry work and services necessary for the maintenance and repair of masonry systems or structures within public buildings.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, and any other resources required to perform maintenance and repair services for masonry systems or structures within public buildings.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed until June 5, 2025.

Services will be performed within public buildings in the City of Quincy, Massachusetts.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M. All applicable Federal, State and City regulations regarding minimum wage rates under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law Chapter 149, §26 to 27H must be adhered to.
