On-Call Asbestos Abatement

Background
The City of Quincy, Massachusetts, through its Department of Public Buildings, is seeking sealed bids for on-call asbestos abatement services. The goal of this contract is to partner with a qualified company for the proper and legal removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) in city-owned public buildings, including schools and municipal facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, staging, trucking, and supervision required for on-call permitting, planning, removal, and remedy of ACM. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and City regulations related to asbestos abatement.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed until May 15, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in various city-owned public buildings located in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M. All applicable Federal and State regulations regarding minimum wage rates under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law must be adhered to. Firm bid prices will be prioritized.
