Work Details

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with M.G.L. c.30 §39M and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. All bids are subject to U.S. Department of HUD regulations including 7460.8 REV2 and 2 CFR Part 200 §§ 200.317-200.326 where applicable. Additionally, Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 mandates that opportunities for employment and contracting be given to Section 3 eligible residents and businesses.
